kindness rocks!

Describe yourself.

I am a kindness activist, a women’s empowerment coach and a mother of three daughters. I want to make a difference in the world and leave it a little better than when I entered into this life.

Describe the Kindness Rocks Project.

The Kindness Rocks Project is a grassroots kindness initiative that started from my hobby of painting inspirational, uplifting messages on rocks and leaving them for others to find. I do this to make someone smile or bring them a moment of inspiration during a difficult time.

What was happening in your life before you started this project?

I want to make a difference in the world and leave it a little better than when I entered into this life.
