Does Three owe me money for broken hub?

I signed up for Three’s broadband in May, paying £39 for its Wi-Fi hub. I couldn’t get online using it, so within 24 hours I cancelled the contract, returning the hub to Three. However, Three said it never received the hub back, and that I owed it a month’s broadband. Despite numerous emails and lots of web chats, Three has passed my case on to a debt-collection agency. I think I’ve now resolved this issue, but doesn’t Three owe me some money for postage costs and
