Change for good
hanks to advice from both and my dietitian I now have a positive relationship with food. I no longer diet, but instead approach healthy eating using the ‘90/10’ method as my new way of life. I have become more energised and happier since adopting a mindful approach to eating. The biggest change I’ve made is being more mindful about the snacks I choose to eat, by adding more vegies, fruit and nuts into my diet. Thank you
