who makes ice cream with African flavours. Although he has a PhD in molecular biology, an episode of MasterChef changed the course of his career. These days he showcases his original flavour combos, such as bitter leaf ice cream with olive oil and Scotch bonnet jam, out of his ice-cream parlour, Tapi Tapi, in Observatory, Cape Town.
