AEROBICS // Like many young Australians, one of my fondest childhood memories is turning on the television to catch a bit of Cheez TV before school. Annoyingly, though, as an early riser, I’d often have to sit through Aerobics Oz Style first: a group of disturbingly perky women high-kicking and squat-thrusting in front of notable attractions. “Isn’t it a beautiful day on the harbour!” one of them would exclaim during a particularly active grapevine. And here I am, many moons later, attempting an aerobics workout of my own. Surprisingly, it was incredibly fun.
