CREME EGG BAKES

Cadbury Creme Egg banana bread

SERVES 12

For the banana bread

175g (6oz) soft light brown sugar
120g (4oz) butter, softened, plus extra for greasing
2 free-range eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
150g (5½oz) self-raising flour
100g (3½oz) wholemeal flour
3 very ripe bananas, peeled
75ml (2¾floz) low-fat natural yoghurt
1 Cadbury Creme Egg, chopped into pieces

For the buttercream

75g (2¾oz) butter, softened
2 Cadbury Creme Eggs, chopped into pieces
125g (4½oz) icing sugar
1 tbsp milk

Preheat the oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4, then butter and line a 900g
