    Makes two babkas

    BABKA

    530g cake flour
    100g caster sugar
    15ml (1 Tbsp) instant yeast
    ¾ tsp salt
    3 large eggs
    60ml milk
    60ml water
    150g butter, softened
    300g Nutella
    100g to 200g chocolate, chopped

    SYRUP

    80ml water
    100g caster sugar
