Appliqué Tile

I have a big thing about floor tile designs re-interpreted as patchwork blocks. Not as pieced versions, but ones where the separate shapes are arranged with narrow spaces between them, just as they would be on a tiled floor where the pieces are set into cement (referred to in DIY shops as ‘grouting’, but that is such an uninspiring word, I always feel).
