I first tried this dish as part of a meze lunch while on holiday in Corfu. It was perfect for scooping up with warm, fluffy pitta breads alongside a Greek salad, and it’s something I now often replicate for lunch in my own garden.
SERVES 4 PREP 10 mins COOK 30 mins EASY V
3 large ripe1 garlic clove, crushed200g block feta1 large mild green chilli, or 1 green pepper, sliced1 tsp roughly chopped oregano leaves 4 tbsp olive oil warmed pitta breads, to serve (optional)
