Simple Pleasures

They say the best things in life are free, and even in a world affected by a pandemic, simple pleasures are still the best. A familiar smell, a beautiful view, a wonderful meal, a good laugh are just a few of life’s simple pleasures. Starting a new quilt is another pleasure that we well know, and what’s even better is finishing a quilt — no matter how long it took to make!

1.65 (1 ¾ yd) pink and green print fabric (Border 4 and binding)

2.3m (2 ⅝ yd) cream tone-on-tone print fabric (block backgrounds and Border 1)

60cm (¾ yd) pink tone-on-tone print fabric (Garden Path blocks)

60cm (¾ yd) mid-green print fabric (Garden Path blocks, Nine-patch blocks and applique)

45cm (½ yd) salmon tone-on-tone print fabric (Border 3 and applique)
