The last few months have been a challenge to say the least. During these times of uncertainty, it’s easy to get lost in your thoughts and carried away with worry. This is where yoga can really help.
This short standing sequence is designed to help you feel rooted to the ground, while using the breath to improve mental focus and promote a sense of calm. Standing postures build strength in the muscles of the legs, but are also great weight-bearing exercises. With this in mind, they’re fantastic for building bone strength, too.
