More fibre less cancer
If you’re cooking more meals from, reviewed results from 20 studies and found that people with the highest consumption of fibre had an eight per cent lower risk of breast cancer. The scientists recommend a diet rich in fruit, vegetables and wholegrains. Try batch cooking vegetable stews or curries, switching to brown rice and pasta, and adding berries to your breakfast.
