Makes 1 (10-cup) Bundt cake

1¼ cups whole buttermilk
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups firmly packed dark brown sugar
1½ teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

1. Preheat oven to 300°.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
