Tutorial Fish Pond

INGREDIENTS

• Pastillage paste
• Flower paste
• Copha

EQUIPMENT

• Alcohol
• Colour dusts: greens, brown, yellow and red
• Gold edible paint (optional)
• Edible sparkle
• Sugar glaze
• CMC glue
• Metal or plastic Egg moulds approx. 12 cm.
• Pizza wheel
• Rolling Pin
• Brushes for painting and dusting
• Small mould for fish
• 6” round cake board
• Pebble embossing mat

STEP 1

Grease the exteriors of both halves of the moulds.

STEP 2

Roll out white pastillage to approximately 5mm thick , large enough to cover one shell. Lay the sheet over
