    • 3 x 6inch Round, 3inch High Cakes
    • Ganache or Buttercream
    • Fondant Icing in Brown and Green
    • Fondant Icing in Assorted Colours for the Animals
    • Royal Icing Dry Mix

    EQUIPMENT

    • 14inch Square Wooden Board
    • 9inch Square Wooden Board
    • 4 x 5inch Round Card Boards
    • Corded Rod
    • Washers
    • Locking Nuts
    • Cleats (see step 2)
    • 4inch Square Foam (or cake if preferred)

    • Thin Cardboard (see making the Dog House instructions)
    • Hollow Plastic Cake Pillar
    • Half 6inch Foam Ball
    • 4inch Square Foam
    • Small Rose Petal Cutter
    • Leaf Veiner
    • Cutting Wheel
    • Air Brush
    • Air Brush Colour in Harvest Brown, Copper, Green
    • Piping Bag
    • No 3 Plain Round Nozzle
    • Grass Nozzle
    • Tiny Daisy Ejector Cutter
    • Small Daisy Ejector Cutter
    • Scalloped Edge Frill Cutter

    PREPARING THE STRUCTURE

    STEP 1

    Mark the centre of the 14inch square board and drill a hole to match the thickness of the corded rod. Do the same thing with the 9inch square board. (Photo 1)
