    • 2 x 6inch Square Cakes
    • Buttercream
    • Ganache
    • Pale Tan Fondant
    • Black, White, Pink, Pale Green, Orange Fondant

    EQUIPMENT

    • 9inch Square Wooden Board
    • 2 x 6inch Card Boards
    • Rolling Pin
    • Non-Stick Mat
    • Metal Ruler
    • Cutting Wheel
    • Craft Knife
    • Small Non-Stick Rolling Pin
    • Cake Smoother
    • Tan Petal Dust
    • Paint Brush
    • Cutting Wheel
    • Tooth Picks
    • Edible Brown Texta

    • Small Scalloped Edge Frill Cutter
    • Tin set Round Cutters
    • Small Ejector Heart Cutter
    • Assorted Ejector Blossom Cutters

    PREPARING THE CAKE FOR DECORATION

    STEP 1

    Bake two six inch square cakes and allow to cool completely. Use a large knife to level the top of each cake while still in the tin. Use the edge of the tin to achieve a perfectly flat top. (Photo 1)

    Cut each cake in half horizontally and spread
