• Chocolate
• Cream

• Jug or mixing bowl with a lip
MAKING GANACHE
There are many ways to make ganache but probably the most common (and easiest) is to melt chocolate and cream together by placing both ingredients in a bowl or jug and microwaving it in 30-60 second bursts until the chocolate is fully melted
