CHAR-GRILLED VEGIE & PUMPKIN DIP WRAPS

PREP TIME 10 MINUTES MAKES 4

2 x 280g jars char–grilled vegetables
200g tub gluten–free, dairy–free moroccan pumpkin dip
4 gluten–free wraps (200g)
40g baby rocket leaves

1 Drain char-grilled vegetables; pat dry with paper towel.Season to taste.

2 Spread pumpkin dip onto wraps; top with char-grilled vegetables and rocket leaves. Roll to enclose fillings.

These wraps can be quickly assembled at work; pack all the ingredients in separate containers, and assemble when you’re ready to eat.
