EASY LAMB AND VEGETABLE STEW

3 T sunflower oil1 onion, finely chopped2 cloves garlic, crushed2 tsps ginger, crushed3 T medium curry paste2 T dried rosemary1 pkt brown onion soup packet, mixed with 2 cups of400 g leftover lamb chops200 g leftover roasted vegetables (corn, courgettes and carrots)
