Everyone has their specific time and place that got them on to their path in health and fitness. Nathan Mansfield however, is pretty interesting. It all started after joining the Armed Forces in 2007 and going on his first deployment in Iraq in 2008. Being inspired by one of the greatest names in bodybuilding, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Nathan started his own training, nutrition and supplement regime, and today he has built a physique of hard gained muscle, CEO of his own brand, Strong Physiques, husband and father, and still on active duty with the Military.
