SPEEDY TURKEY & CHORIZO BURGERS

TAKES 25MIN SERVES 4

20g diced chorizo 500g turkey leg mince 1tsp smoked paprika 4 slices of cheese (we used Manchego)

1 Combine the chorizo, mince and paprika in a large bowl, mixing with your hands. Shape the mixture into 4 burgers.

2 Grill the burgers for 5min on each side or until golden and cooked through. Top each burger with a slice of cheese and cook until melted.

3 Serve on lightly toasted burger buns with a selection of pickles, slices of tomato and baby gem lettuce.
