Chardonnay

Chardonnay. We are unashamed fans of this great grape here at dish. We absolutely love the stuff and we’ll argue ‘til we’re blue in the face that it’s one of the wonders of the wine world and quite the most delicious drink for any occasion. In fact, a strategically timed glass or three has steered our office calmly through many a crushing deadline and, let’s be honest, when you’re so stretched for time that all you can manage to serve for dinner is a cooked chook and coleslaw from the supermarket – who’re you gonna pour? Chardonnay of course.
