California's Rep. Adam Schiff back at impeachment helm with Ukraine inquiry

WASHINGTON - California Rep. Adam B. Schiff, D-Calif., is back as the face of Democrats' impeachment investigation, leading the first House hearing into new allegations that President Donald Trump withheld aid to Ukraine while pressuring that country's president to investigate former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden.
