About this ebook

Not satisfied with compromising the 2016 election, Trump, Barr, and Giuliani pressured beleagured Ukraine to fabricate "dirt" on Hunter Biden to take down Vice President Joe Biden. On September 24, 2019, Speaker Pelosi organized her six investigating committees on an Impeachment Inquiry, The federal government relies upon the Separation of Powers as one of the fundamental guarantees of liberty and justice. Article I of the Constitution gives the Congress numerous powers to legislate, appropriate, confirm appointment of executive and judicial officers, declare war, and, where warranted, to Impeach and Remove federal officers, including the President, for High Crimes and Misdemeanors.
Impeachment is necessarily a political issue because elected officials make the accusation of malfeasance and preside over the Trial. Impeachment should never be a partisan issue, nor is this Impeachment partisan. In the words of Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), “Impeachment is not punishment. It is about cleansing the office.” Abuse of Power and Obstruction of Congress lies at the heart of every impeachment, and, as will be seen, the President's Abuse of Power justifies this Impeachment Inquiry.
The President ordered Matthew Whitaker, Acting Attorney General, to order Geoffrey Berman, U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York to withdraw his recusal in the expectation that Mr. Berman could “guide” cases involving the Trump businesses and Family into safe harbors. Mr. Berman initially resisted the President's request to withdraw his recusal.
William P. Barr auditioned for a position with the Trump Administration by submitting a nineteen page, single-spaced, memorandum criticizing the rationale for the Russia Investigation, and opining categorically that the President, as Chief Executive, cannot Obstruct Justice. The President appointed Barr Attorney General on February 14, 2019. Special Counsel Mueller referred numerous cases to other districts for prosecution, including the matter of Campaign Finance Violations relating to hush money payments made to Donald Trump's lovers to keep the American People in the dark before election.
The President's Abuse of Power and multiple Obstructions of Justice continue from day to day. The President defied the Article I Powers of the House by instructing percipient witnesses to the President's malfeasance, such as Don McGahn, former White House Counsel, and Hope Hicks, former Director of Communications for the President, to refuse to testify before duly constituted House Committees. The President directly contravenes the oversight responsibility and function of the House by instructing Executive Agencies and Departments of Government to refuse to honor letters of request and subpoenas from duly constituted House Committees seeking information and documents relating to government operations and relating to personal matters such as the President's Tax returns.
The President's Continuation in Office presents a Clear and Present Danger to our democratic Republic because the President fails and refuses to acknowledge that the Russians attacked and subverted our election system in 2016, that the Russians continue to subvert and attack our election system today, and plan to attack and subvert our election system in 2020. The President has erected a “Reality Distortion Field” over the White House, wherein he fabricates facts and figures as substitutes for what happened in reality. The President alerted us to his intention to rely upon propaganda, disinformation, and the Party Line or Talking Points, when he asserted that, “What we hear and what we read is not what is happening.”

    Foreword

Explanation for the bizarre events of the 2016 U. S. Election lies partly in the 1972 election and 1976 re-election of Richard Nixon and the 1980 partnership formed by young Republican stalwarts, Charlie Black, Paul Manafort, and Roger Stone, to provide consulting and lobbying services. Stone is a political dirty trickster, who supported Nixon, Reagan, and the Bushes. He frequently urged Donald Trump to run for President. Stone's advice, patterned on Roy Cohn's, is, 'Admit Nothing, Deny Everything, Never Apologize, and Counterattack'. Paul Manafort specialized in representing dictators across the world, ending as consultant to Viktor Yanukovych, President of Ukraine, a proxy for Vladimir Putin, President of Russia. In 2012 U S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton opposed re-election of Putin, who vowed revenge. In 2014 Ukraine overthrew Yanukovych, leaving Manafort to scurry back to the U. S. Russia invaded Ukraine, and annexed Crimea. President Obama the European Union imposed sanctions on Russia for violating Ukraine's sovereignty.

In 2016 Trump hired Manafort, for his Russia connections, to take over from Corey Lewandowski as Campaign Manager. Trump and Manafort, to Putin's delight, killed a pro-Ukraine Independence plank in the GOP Platform before the Republican National Convention in Cleveland could approve it in July 2016. Trump historically looked to Russia for capital and real estate projects after the New York banks blackballed him as a notorious 'no pay' and frivolous counter claimant in any collection lawsuit. Deutsche Bank (DB) was one of the few banks willing to loan Trump money, even after he defaulted and sued DB for lowering the value of his assets allegedly by causing the 2008 recession. Trump staged the 2013 Miss Universe Pageant in Moscow, and renewed his acquaintance with Russian Oligarchs. Trump needed a Game Plan to build a U. S. Base of Supporters for a presidential run.

Dr. Jerome Corsi wrote trash treatises, Unfit for Command (2004), a GOP libel against John Kerry's service as a skipper of a Swift Boat in Vietnam, and Where is the Birth Certificate (May 2011), a GOP attack on the American birth of Barack Obama. Trump, with Corsi's encouragement, embraced birtherism, and claimed to have sent investigators to Hawaii to debunk the U. S. birth of the first African American President. Trump feared running against Obama in 2012 and losing. Trump bravely ran against Obama in 2016, when Obama was not on the ballot. After five years of a fraudulent campaign to undermine Obama's citizenship, Trump announced in 2016 that Obama was born in the United States and casually walked away from the microphone without apology or explanation.

Trump won the 2016 election with help from Russia, the National Rifle Association, and the National Enquirer. Team Trump uniformly denied making contacts with Russians. Trump had to fire National Security Adviser Michael Flynn for lying about telephone calls to Sergey Kislyak, Russian Ambassador the U. S. Trump fired FBI Director James Comey for refusal to let go of the Flynn Investigation, and failure to take a loyalty oath to Trump. On May 17, 2017, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed Special Counsel Robert Mueller to investigate Russian Interference and to prosecute associated crimes.

Mueller won thirty seven indictments, including of Trump personal attorney Michael Cohen, Campaign Manager Paul Manafort, Konstantin Kilimnik, a Manafort Aide, Campaign Deputy Rick Gates, Security Adviser Michael Flynn, Campaign Aide George Papadopoulos, dirty trickster Roger Stone, twelve members of Russia's Military Intelligence Directorate (the GRU), and a dozen Russian civilians or entities. Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen are in prison. Flynn awaits sentencing. Stone awaits trial. Papadopoulos served two weeks in jail, and promptly returned to Fox News to belittle the Russia Investigation. With William Barr as Attorney General, all cases related to Trump are at risk.

On March 22, 2019, Special Counsel Mueller presented Attorney General William Barr with the Report on the Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 Presidential Election and Cooperation of the Trump Campaign. Part I describes the broad attack ordered by Putin, and shows acts of collaboration by Team Trump. Manafort delivered internal polling data to Konstantin Kilimnik, a graduate of Russia's Spy School, presumptively to assist the Russians in their social media campaign to help elect Donald Trump. Manafort, Jared Kushner, and Donald Trump, Jr, met with with Russian operatives in Trump Tower to get dirt on Hillary Clinton. Trump, at a rally at his resort in Doral, Florida, broadcast, Russia, If you are listening, I hope you are able to find the 30,000 [Hillary Clinton] emails that are missing. Russia was listening and began hacking the Democrats' computers the same day. Part II of the Report documented evidence of at least ten instances of Obstruction of Justice by Trump, but made no charging recommendation.

Internal Justice rules are that no sitting president can be indicted. Prosecutor rules also forbid publishing derogatory conclusions or moral judgments about anyone who is not indicted. That left Special Counsel Mueller bent up like a pretzel with respect to reporting Trump's malfeasance. Why Mueller did not seek indictments of Donald Trump, Jr, and Jared Kushner is a mystery. Mueller made no recommendation on Trump's Obstruction of Justice. Mueller described numerous contacts between the Russians and Team Trump, but did not view the evidence sufficient to support a Conspiracy Charge. Clearly, Mueller thought Congress should investigate the matter. Attorney General Barr, however, issued a letter on March 24, 2019, that there was no Obstruction, in an effort to cut off any inquiry by Congress. Barr's cover-up sparked two letters of objection from Mueller. Three weeks later Mueller gave a press conference to announce that, If we had had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so. The question now is, why is Attorney General Barr covering up for President Trump?

Progressives in the Democratic Party are urging Impeachment, which needs only a bare majority of the House to make the Accusation of Wrongdoing. Trial would be before the Senate, where a two-thirds majority (67 Senators) is required to convict and remove a president. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi urges cautious investigation until a majority of the People and the Senate favor Impeachment. It would be folly to Impeach and have the Senate Acquit to allow Trump to claim exoneration a second time. The risk of not Impeaching is that Trump is corrupting the Government day by day.

Trump is severely testing the institutions of American Government. Russia compromised Trump either as a willing tool or a useful idiot, and catapulted Trump into the White House over Hillary Clinton, whom Putin viewed as hostile to Russia and to Putin personally. Trump concealed from the voters that he kept negotiations active until June 2016 for a Trump Tower project in Moscow, with the Penthouse earmarked for Putin. Trump concealed payoffs to porn star Stormy Daniels (Stephanie Clifford) and Play Mate Karen McDougal in violation of campaign Finance Laws. He disrupted the U. S. alliance with Europe and the stability of NATO, both long-term objectives of Putin. Trump covered up the Trump Tower meeting with the Russians by claiming falsely that the meeting was about adoption of Russian children. His Obstruction of Justice continued and accelerated after Mueller filed the Report on Russian Interference in 2016.

The American People are not without discernment in political matters. But how can we expect the People to see through the elaborate schemes of a Master Propagandist, a Master Publicist, a Master of Deception, Deflection, Distortion, Distraction, and Disruption, a Reality Show Huckster, an Authoritarian Bully, an alleged Harasser or Assaulter of Fifteen or more Women, and a privileged son, whose millionaire father had a tenant doctor write a false claim of bone spurs so Trump could escape military service in Vietnam. If the American People read the Mueller Report, they could make an informed choice for president. Trump and Barr claim exoneration over Mueller's objections. Trump gave the game away by showing that he plans to white wash facts with propaganda, and try to alter public perception with his virtual reality distortion field. What you are seeing, and what you are reading is not what is happening. The Press is the Enemy of the People. Whether by deception, deflection, distortion, distraction, or disruption, Trump seeks to hold the upper hand by staging an Investigation of the Investigators, because in the words of Attorney General Barr to Senator Shaheen (D-NH), I think spying did occur [on the Trump Campaign]. No objection by the Attorney General to Russian Espionage in the 2016 election, collaboration of Team Trump, or Obstruction of Justice by the President.
