For the pico de gallo, mix:

200 g, roughly chopped 1, finely chopped 2 T roughly chopped 2, juiced 2 t ½ t 1 T 1 x 400 g can, drained ¼ t to taste 1, thinly sliced and toasted 4, fried in olive oil 2, halved to garnish
