    Attorneys spar over definition of 'recuse' while debating need for special prosecutor in Jussie Smollett case

    CHICAGO - Attorneys sparred for nearly an hour Friday over whether to appoint a special prosecutor in the Jussie Smollett controversy, a tussle that in large part centered on the definition of the word "recuse."
