QI completed my first 100K a week ago and am still paying the price. We had heavy rain and there were quite a few water crossings. With all the moisture, the bottoms of my feet became heavily wrinkled, and then the wrinkles tore and split. I thought it would be best to let them dry out and harden. But they still hurt as much now as they did at the end
