We’ve come a long way in understanding our food quality. Organic, grass-fed, straight from farm to table: Australians have made these terms commonplace in our shopping experience in recent times.
While now we may be aware of the importance of pesticides and added chemicals in the food production line, there’s one stage in the process that’s perhaps not as well known, even though it’s where it all begins. That sometimes forgotten element is the quality of our soil.
