Toronto Police: 1 Woman Is Dead, As Is Gunman, In Restaurant Shooting

Two people are dead and 13 injured after a shooting in the city's Greektown neighborhood. Witnesses described a man dressed in black firing between 15 and 20 shots, according to media reports.
