About this series
This cruel king won’t stop until he makes a queen of me.
Dutch Cross is rich, powerful, and possessive.
I gave him too much of me and now it’s too late to run.
Yet it’s what I do.
Far, far from the villain of the story.
But the thing about villains is…
They always drag you back to the dark.
And when a secret that should have stayed buried rises from the grave, I have no choice but to join hands with the enemy.
Lust.
Desire.
Deception.
The very boy who destroyed me is now my only salvation.
There are more beasts at Redwood than I can count.
But I didn’t fight my way into this elite world just to leave with nothing.
I’ve been broken into something stronger and I have Redwood’s cruel prince in the palm of my hand.
They think I’m weak and powerless? Fine.
I’ll bend all the monsters to my will and show Redwood what a queen looks like.

This cruel king won’t stop until he breaks me. Dutch Cross, lead singer of The Kings, is a monster. Don’t let his amber eyes, chiseled jaw line, and crooning voice fool you. He prowls the hallways of Redwood Prep like he owns every inch. Brutal. Untouchable. Beast. And when his golden eyes meet mine, I know I’m his next prey. The monster wants me out of Redwood. But the fancy private school is my last chance at a better life for my sister. No one has ever dared to go against Dutch and his equally gorgeous brothers. I’m honored to be the first. See, the thing about kings and monsters is they always have a weakness. And for Dutch, his weakness… is me. He just doesn’t know it yet. *** The Darkest Note is a one-couple romance between a cruel prince and a gifted musical prodigy. Also note, this saga contains strong bully themes. This cruel king won’t stop until he owns me. Dutch Cross, lead singer of The Kings, is a nightmare come to life. I fell for his amber eyes, chiseled jaw line, and crooning voice once before and it almost cost me my future. Never again. This time, I’ll be the one to make him bleed. But Dutch has no intentions of giving me the upper hand. Heartless. Ruthless. Savage. He seeks revenge for my secrets and declares war on the most precious thing I have. The beast thinks he can break me. But I didn’t claw my way back into Redwood just to go down in flames, not unless I burn Dutch and his gorgeous brothers down with me. I’ll find a way to resist him, even if it means playing dirty. Because falling into Dutch’s trap sounds like a bully’s version of hell. I’ve already been there and I’m not going back. Even if it kills me. *** The Ruthless Note is part two of a one-couple romance between a cruel prince and a gifted musical prodigy. Also note, this saga contains strong bully themes. Where is book 4? It’s been 8 months since I finished the third book and I want the ending. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5

Books 1 and 2 were really good I was completely hooked but by the time we got to the 3rd book Katie and just became too whiny and such a hypocrite. She expected Dutch to be honest with her while she was lying to him the whole time she was such a drama queen. and the ending was worse is she pregnant or not? We’ll never know because their story ended. I’m not a big fan of books that end like that but overall, it really was a good story. But it could have been a whole lot better.
