Being healthy in mind, body, and soul is something Kristy Clark has always strived for. It’s not just a way of life, but a passion for her and one that she believes should be shared with others. Though Kristy is a graduate in business administration and the corporate world has been a fixture in her busy life, she knew she would always turn to her first passion of healthy living. Kristy soon found that both writing and diligent research into health topics that affected her and her family, such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, was something that came naturally. In each of Kristy’s books and series, you’ll find that passion translated onto the page and you’ll get all the information you’ll need on health topics most important to you and your loved ones.
