Description

In this episode of Nutrition Pearls: the Podcast, co-hosts Megan Murphy and Jen Smith speak with Michelle Yavelow about nutrition in CF.  Michelle Yavelow completed her bachelors of science, post-bac, combined masters of science, and dietetic internship at the University of Florida. She then went on to complete the pediatric dietitian residency program at the Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC).  She is now a pediatric dietitian with the University of South Florida Pediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition department. She is also the Pediatric Pulmonary Cystic Fibrosis dietitian. Her work in CF began back in undergrad volunteering with Streetlight at UF. She then completed the maternal child and health bureau nutrition traineeship at the pediatric pulmonary center at UF.
