Ronnie Baker came close to an Olympic medal with a fifth place finish at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics 100m final. He ran his personal best of 9.83  in the semifinals. In recent years. he's struggled a bit with injuries but is on the comeback trail trying to crack into the United States' 100m picture again to make his second Olympic team.
