Description

"Now as I get older, people are like, 'Where's the bow?' I am bald! Y'all trying to have me look like a newborn baby? I ain't doing that. I'm trying to get on my grown and sexy and y'all talking about this dang bow."
In this episode, Shamier Little joins Jasmine Todd and Katelyn Hutchison to discuss her rise as one of the best 400m hurdlers in the world. She owns a World Championship silver medal from 2015. She is a two-time U.S. champion and three-time NCAA champion in the 400m hurdles. In 2022, she finished third at the USATF Outdoor Championships and finished fourth at the World Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Her personality shines in this conversation as she shares stories from her upbringing in Chicago, the story behind her signature bow (and whether it will make a return) + where she sees the 400m hurdles going.
