No matter how much we love to do something, we will always run into resistance. And then we usually distract ourselves from doing what we need to do. Burning through that resistance is easy. Sit yourself down and just get started on whatever it is you were going to accomplish for that day even if it's shitty. You will find that once you get started you will find the flow and just keep working. You just have to get started. It's as simple as that. Distracted? Stop what you are doing NOW and get started. The resistance will go away.
