Description

Today's conversation is with Harry Young, Specialist Accountancy & Finance recruiter who shares his story of bucking the trend in two key ways.
The first of these is through leaving his job as a PT in the Fitness Industry to work in the corporate world as a recruiter, we learn the why and how of this process as well as Harry's views on monetising your passion.
Secondly, Harry recently completed 6 months sober at the age of 23 to maximise his productivity. We discuss his previous relationship and experience with alcohol, what changed, when he started to see the benefits, and in which areas of his life he found the biggest impact.
As part of this discussion, Harry shares how he has taken time off Social Media platforms like Instagram and how this has combined to lead to his Promotion in work.
Lastly, Harry and I cover the self development sources he has used to support his journey and he shares the 3 key stone habits that have become non negotiable in his daily life.
