Story just ends with a confrontation in the Oval office between Warlock and Man-Beast who was controlling the president.

Wild story about Halfworld, talking animals, robots, a killer clown and insane people
Meet Lylla and Walrus (whom we saw in a Guardians 3 clip released)
Rival toymakers each via for Lylla's affection and Rocket is tasked with finding out what's going on.
