People don’t want to listen to episodes that have poor production quality and will move over to a show that is more pleasing to the ears. The MAIN reason why your podcast is not growing is you’re not giving any strategy long enough to work. Downloads don’t all come in within the first few days, they continue throughout the month and even longer so you need to give your strategy time to filter through to your audience.
