Matt is a former Air Force Special Operations Pararescue Team Leader and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) Executive Protection Security Director. He is a human optimization expert, professional extreme athlete, and Co-Founder & President of Beneath the Surface Foundation, a nonprofit that serves special operations combat veterans in post traumatic growth through wind & water sports and mindfulness practices.

Matt is a certified Peak Performance Coach specializing in supporting clients’ access to Flow State. He has worked with individuals and teams in many high stakes arenas including Red Bull, USSOCOM, and various UHNW Private Organizations. He lives in the adventure sports paradise of Hood River, Oregon, with his wife and two sons.
