For quite a few years now, we have been running and growing businesses.

We started all of these businesses from scratch and have grown over time.
If you had told us 15 years ago that we would be running our own businesses, working three days a week, making as much money as we wanted, helping people, and doing work we loved…. we would have thought you were crazy.

But here we are, and it feels like a dream come true.
As we grew our consulting and agency practices, we started strategically building boundaries and structure around what we did to ensure that we always had freedom and flexibility as we grew.

Our first goal was to raise enough money to cover all expenses and pay ourselves.

Our next goal was to make enough so that we could start our own 401k and contribute to our retirement.

Our next goal was to start making recurring revenue without involving much of our time.

Then, our goal was to keep this growing.

With determination and gratitude, we have done so every year.We have shaped these businesses and grown them into businesses that honestly feel good to run.

Our small and mighty team is amazing, and I’m so grateful every day for the ability to do what we do.
