This episode talks about my recent experience with feeling stuck because I was triggered by past events. I did some self reflection and realize my current experience was just a trigger to invoking a feeling that has always been there following me like a shadow, this feeling was old, from an experienced compartmentalized by my brain, I was still living in the past.
