On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brings in former Sideline Reporter/Producer for Fox Sports FL Frank Forte(@FrankJForte) to chat about Florida's 7-2 loss against the Vegas Golden Knights. This time in game 2, it was Vegas who got out to an early lead. Panthers were held shot-less for over 10 minutes in the first until they got their first power play of the game. Despite getting 9 shots on the man advantage, they could not get anything past Adin Hill on the night on the PP. Early on, it was Vegas' ability to retrieve pucks that led to goals. Panthers lose Radko Gudas in the first period after a hit taken by Ivan Barbashev and did not return. Panthers were out of sorts, puck watching, pinches that led to rushes by VGK and the goaltenders eyes being taken away. Sergei Bobrovsky was pulled after the 4th goal of the game and in came Alex Lyon, it did not get any better as Lyon gave up 3 of his own on the night as well. As the score got more lopsided, so did the activity after the whistles leading to multiple misconducts.
