Today my main focus is on conversion prospects. Every year I hear people criticize the idea of changing the position of a prospect. Are these criticisms fair?My answer is...it depends. Sometimes asking a prospect to change positions is a major reach. Other times it really isn't asking a prospect to do things very differently from how he played in college.
