Quarterly strategic planning is at the heart of my business and what I find the best way to keep momentum going without feeling completely overwhelmed with all the things I could be doing, but instead focusing on the most important things.There’s nothing more I love than getting out a big piece of paper, my planner and coloured plans and mapping out all the ideas.
