Matt Duchene has a huge four point night in a 9-2 win for the Dallas Stars over the Nashville Predators. The Stars dominated the Preds from start to finish, outshooting the Preds 18-1 in the first period while outscoring them 4-0. Wyatt Johnston had 3 points along with Tyler Seguin and Ty Dellandrea as Dallas flexed their muscles at Bridgestone arena. Jake Oettinger picks up his 7th straight win and did not even play the 3rd period. The Stars reached 200 goals for the season in just 54 games, the fewest amount of games since 1986-87. They have solidified themselves as the team to beat in the west maybe besides the Vancouver Canucks. The Stars did have dissapointing news coming out of the game. Defensemen Nils Lundkvist left the game early in the first after taking what appeared to be an elbow to the head and did not return. He was listed with an upper body injury and did not return to the game. Joey speculates what Dallas may have to do depending on the severity of the injury. To finish the episode off we look at the Stars next opponent, the Edmonton Oilers who are coming off a loss, but playing the best hockey of anyone else in the league over the last month. Connor Mcdavid and Leon Draisaitl are the key players to shut down obviously. Can the Stars scorching offense lead them to four straight victory's?
