Today’s episode features Dr. Abbey Hernandez. Dr. Abbey approaches health from many different avenues. Today, she’s going to explain Ayurveda, what there is to know about spiritual healing such as crystals, sage, salt lamps, Palo wood. She’s also a certified yoga instructor. She’ll be talking about the importance of stretching your muscles out and practicing yoga and being present in mind and body. She is also doctor of chiropractic. She’s going to tie in how she incorporates all those things into one. At the end, we’ll talk about some chiropractic.
