Description
Hello Listeners. Welcome The Robot Industry Podcast #116.
Meet Frederic Vachon, the founder and visionary behind RBOT9, a company at the forefront of changing the rules for the long-range robotics landscape. Rbot9 is a manufacturer of suspended cable robots, operating with a unique and patented formula, able to operate efficiently in oversized environments. Whereas traditional robotics is overwhelmed by the needs of scale and reach, Rbot9 offers a versatile solution, supportive of any end effector depending on the application. Rbot9 aims to develop robotics in new spheres thanks to its ability to work in already used environments (brownfields). The Rocap is setting new standards in the long-range automation industry. In just two years under Frederic's leadership, RBOT9 transformed into a six-figure company, attracting top talents and forward-thinking engineers.
