His approach is eclectic, integrating a CTI certification with learning from cognitive therapy, yoga, a thirty-year mindfulness practice, surfing, and improv among many others.Julian is an Executive and Team Coach with over two decades of experience as a strategist in the technology industry.  Julian earned his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Toronto and is the Founder and former Editor-in-Chief of Philosophy of Coaching: An International Journal.  He designed and teaches several ICF-accredited courses, including Psychology for Coaches, Philosophy for Coaches, and Level 3 Mastery.
