With over 30 years of experience in leadership development, Sara has served in a variety of roles: global executive, author, executive coach, team developer, program designer, business owner, wife, and mom. She has had a 34-year relationship with the global organization Center for Creative Leadership. She started her career there in 1986 on the 'Breaking the Glass Ceiling' research study. Since that time, Sara has spent 34 years working with women executives across all types of organizations. Her favorite thing is helping women see how good they are at what they do.  
Sara's favorite quote (and purpose statement): "Build trust, unleash the positive, solve the pain."
