There are over 42 million unpaid caregivers in the United States.  Friends and family members of all ages and stages are providing care for a loved one.  Caregiving is a tough job. Think of it like this: around the clock, seven days a week, hard work without pay.  Being a caregiver can deplete relationships, finances, energy, and courage.
